It is now coming to the time to put the Mellor Volume 2 book together. Hopefully you have received our invites to help out in this book. We are looking forward to see what you have come up with to contribute. We have spent a lot of hours trying to contact all of you. We will keep working on that. But now it is time to continue. So this month coming June 2026 we will be posting how to send in your stories, photos etc. by June 15th. Please make your stories PDF form. We will be getting back to you! Thank you!

Volume 2 The Mellors Through The Years!

Dear family, January 28, 2026

We are so grateful to announce to you that we expect to create the Mellors Through the Years Volume 2 this year! We are asking all family members to consider if there are stories, pictures and details they would like to be presented in this volume. We plan on more photos (like a photo book) and hopefully simpler organization. We would like it to be similar to a family story book, with more photos than the first volume.. This book will be passed on to future generations to come.

You can do your part, by making sure the info about your family is true and accurate. You can prepare special stories that you want passed on and help others to do so. Contribute family photos appropriate for this book, one to three per family about, give or take. Please compile this info and pass this letter on to others and help others as you can.

Please send us your family stories and info during the month of June. Google Docs would be the preferred way, but email or regular mail and other ways will still work. We will be specifying any particular directions for submitting your stories as we get closer. We will be expecting to receive your stories and family info by the end of June. Then we will put together and edit the book, then print in September.

We are looking for family members who already do a lot of family history in each family branch to help their family branch or those who would like to help out with this project and getting things together. If you are interested in doing this please contact us or if you know someone who could do this let us know about them and let that person know that we are looking for volunteers to help out with this work. Thank you! The books are planned to print in September this year. You may order your own copies then. More information will be sent out about how to order etc. on our website. mymellorfamily.com as we get closer to printing.

Martin’s Cove Trek

June 2023!

June 2023, Mellor family gathered at Martins’s cove for a Handcart Trek. It was an amazing! Thanks to all the volunteers!!!

Labor DayReunion 2023

The Mellor Reunion was a fun day, we had a wonderful time in Fayette Utah! A handcart pull, inflatable, games, face painting, Pioneer crafts and a square dance were some of the things we did! Thanks to all that came, we had a great time! Thank you to the volunteers who helped!!
